I had a fantastic experience with The Box Dubai, especially with Vincent and Alex who handled my packing and storage. They arrived exactly on time, were extremely professional, efficient, and very easy to communicate with - their English was excellent and they followed all instructions perfectly. What really stood out is that I wasn't even physically present in Dubai, and they managed everything remotely with me over a video call. They were incredibly cooperative and patient, making the whole process completely stress-free. They carefully checked every corner of the apartment - cupboards, drawers, shelves - to make sure nothing was missed, and packed everything quickly but very thoroughly. They also followed all instructions regarding key collection and drop-off seamlessly. All items were packed and delivered safely into my storage unit exactly as planned. Vincent and Alex did a truly outstanding job - professional, trustworthy, and very reliable. I would highly recommend them and The Box Dubai to anyone needing storage or moving services. I hired The Box to pack up, remove and store belongings from my 2 bedroom apartment. Office team very helpful and prompt with options and quote. They were clear and communicative. Vincent and team came to do the packing and moving and were very professional. Everything carefully and neatly packed and marked. They kept detailed track of every item on the manifest. He asked questions and was very responsive and proactive. I certainly recommend them and would hire them again.
Very well planned out & organized storage facility. All sizes of storage available; for a couple of suitcases up to entire household furniture, appliances, etc. What is also helpful is that you have 24/7 access to your designated locker. The entire facility seems to have a strong & compliant HSE policy which evident in how clean the facility is & the numerous signs to remind & alert you to follow & maintain their processes.
