I have dealt with a few companies before finally settling on The Box and they are by far the best, easiest and safest storage company I have worked with in Dubai. The team is extremely professional, polite and proactive and their work is really second to none. The Box is the best storage facility in Dubai. They are leaders in the region. The customer service is absolutely fantastic - they get back straight away. I access the unit every week with heavy items and their people always help me lift and move items. The units are ACed, VERY secure, and cheap. I also love their Tree Nation initiative, supporting the environment with each unit.

She listened to my needs and offered me packages that suited my needs and budget. She even worked outside hours!
